17th December 2013 - Frame

This time again, frame invoice was emailed to me, which I did not forward to the bank because I personally wanted to visit the site and been very busy at work and could not make a visit to our site through the week, yes we visited first thing Saturday morning and yes Frame was done.

I must say that SS is a great guy like many other people said and were happy with his work.

Invoice was signed and forwarded to the bank, but bank said they need a valuer to visit the site as this is the stage bank always do before releasing the frame claim. Due to the holidays and availability of less staff, valuer was scheduled to visit site on Friday the 3rd January 2014. Called bank early Friday morning to check if everything is ok with the value, which they said yes we have received the report and we will be releasing frame claim by Monday the 6th of January.
