Emailed my SS this morning and asked if he was able to provide a estimated PCI or settlement date, which he replied back in no time (let me work it out and will get back to you today). Within an hour he replies back with the scheduled time frame for all remaining jobs and a date for PCI, and settlement day. Thanks to the SS, great guy with no hassles.
PCI will be on Thursday the 27th March
Settlement/handover will be on Thursday the 10th of April

According to the eden brae online website status our house is on completion stage now with the followings:
Painting, wall and floor tiling is currently being completed. All electrical, plumbing, heating and vacuum systems will be fitted off (where applicable). Shower screens, mirrors and splashbacks, door furniture, robe rails etc. will be installed. Once all these items have been complete then the Practical Completion Stage is then complete.
Your site supervisor will contact you to arrange a practical completion inspection.
A progress payment invoice will be provided for authorisation by the client and/or the lending body.
Your bank or lending institution has requirements that need to be met for funds to be released for contract settlement. You will need to contact your lender for further details.
